What is the Ben & Jerry's I Stream with Ice Cream Promotion?
Customers who purchase a Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream pint in one transaction from Woolworths in- store or online between 15/05/19 at 09.00am AEST 28/05/19 at 11.59pm AEST are eligible to receive a $14 Virtual Visa (equivalent to 1 month on demand TV subscription for most services).
How do I enter?
First, purchase a pint of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream during the purchase period from Woolworths in- store or online.
Second, make a claim by entering the required details and uploading your receipt at www.benandjerrypromo.com
Once you have entered your details, please allow up to 10 business days for us to validate your receipt to ensure it meets all entry criteria.
Once we have done this, you will receive an email on the status of your claim. If approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to redeem and use your Virtual Visa. If invalid, you will be notified why and instruction on how to resubmit your receipt if need be.
When do I need to enter by?
You must purchase a pint of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream between May 15, 2019 and May 28, 2019.
You must make a claim and submit your receipt online between May 15, 2019 and June 11, 2019.
How old do I need to be to enter this promotion?
You must by 18 years or over to enter this promotion.
If I am not from Australia, can I still take part in the promotion?
This promotion is open to Australian residents only.
What happens if I do not make a claim by 11 June, 2019?
If you do not make a claim by 11 June 2019, we are unable to accept your eligible purchase for a Virtual Visa.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter once during the promotion period.
What do I do if I don’t have a receipt?
Sorry, with every entry you’ll need to upload a receipt to verify your purchase of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

Unfortunately, the terms and conditions of this promotion are limited to one claim per person throughout the entire promotion.

How long is the Virtual Visa activation code valid for?
Once you have received your Virtual Visa code in your email, please follow the instructions on how to activate this to retrieve your Virtual Visa card number, expiry and CVV. Your Virtual Visa activation code expires after 2 months of the date it was sent via email.
What is a Virtual Visa & where can I use it?
A Virtual Visa is an online prepaid Visa card that can be used only at online stores, over the phone or by mail order.
How do Virtual Visa accounts work?
Step 1: Receive your Virtual Visa Activation Code.
Step 2: Visit virtualvc.com.au/Register, enter your details and select "Collect my card"
Step 3: Your card number will be displayed on the screen (write this down) and your Expiry/CVV will be emailed to you.
Step 4: Combine the Card Number, CVV & Expiry to make a purchase.
How long is a Virtual Visa account valid for?
Once claimed the Virtual Visa Account validity period is 6 months from date of issue. This expiry is emailed to you once claimed.
What if my Virtual Visa account details are lost or stolen?
If you have lost your Visa Virtual Account number you can view it again by clicking here then re-entering your Activation Code, Surname, Postcode and Date of Birth. We recommend that you keep your Visa Virtual Account numbers in a safe place. You should treat your Virtual Visa Account number and security details with the same protection as you would a physical Visa card or cash.
What if I lose my security details (expiry and CVV)?
If you have lost your security details (expiry date and CVV) you can login to Visa Virtual Account and request the security details be resent to you. To do this visit www.virtualvc.com.au/balancecheck then re-enter your Claim Code, Surname, Postcode and Date of Birth.
How do I check my account balance?
You can check your Virtual Visa Account's available balance and complete transaction history online, at any time, free of charge. Click on the balance check tab and follow the prompts.
What happens if my purchase exceeds the available balance on my Virtual Visa account?
If you attempt to use your Visa Virtual Account for a transaction that is greater than the remaining available balance - the transaction will be declined.
Can I use my Virtual Visa with PayPal?
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot use a Virtual Visa Account via third party payment sites such as Paypal. Visa Virtual Account cards are for direct Visa transactions only.
How do I use my Virtual Visa for my streaming service?
Once you have successfully retrieved your Virtual Visa card number, expiry and CVV. You will need to update your billing details on your preferred streaming service account.
